Eric Zemmour's party organizes itself in the constituencies of Eure

Didier Daric, the new departmental delegate of Reconquest party! in Eureassures him: “We are not just the think tank (laboratory of ideas, editor’s note) of the National Rally. Reconquest! is expected to grow. However, the latest results from the 2024 legislative elections prove the opposite.

In France, the party ofEric Zemmour had collected 0.7% of the vote and in Eure, the candidates struggled to reach 1%.

In the 4th constituency of Eure, candidate Stacy Blondel recorded only 0.87% of the votes cast. Didier Daric, candidate for the 3rd constituency, had collected 1.21% of the votes, leaving the constituency to the outgoing candidate, Kévin Mauvieux (National Rally). “Frankness is scary but people come back to it. It’s important to tell the truth,” explains Didier Daric, a professional physiotherapist, who was appointed representative of Reconquête! by Éric Zemmour in Eure last September.

Thematic meetings

With a view to future elections and in particular municipal 2026the party has opted for a restructuring with new faces: “Each constituency in Eure now has a party representative,” announces Didier Daric alongside Laurent Godin, representative of Reconquête! in the 4th district of Eure.

The role of these local representatives will be to unite the teams and build a territorial network: “We will put various actions in place and every month, a meeting will be organized with activists and supporters. Different themes will be discussed,” informs Laurent Godin who, as a night police officer attached to the Evreux police stationwishes to open hostilities with a meeting on the theme of investigation and trial: “Few people know how the judicial system works, this will be an opportunity to recall the stages”. Agriculture, the economy, trade will also be themes highlighted by the activist.

Against wokism

The departmental federation also plans to tackle the subject of school and education : “With the Vigilant Parents collective, we are firmly opposed to the subject of wokism in schools. The school must remain a sanctuary, its role is to educate and not to invite pro-LGBT speakers to convey a woke ideology,” affirms Didier Daric, recalling that “Reconquest! is the only anti-wokism party in the political landscape.

Yes Reconquest! stands out from the National Rally on different subjects (economy, immigration, etc.), Didier Daric does not exclude a union of the rights to win certain town halls in 2026: “But we will keep our singularities, he insists. We are not against the union but we do not want absorption.”

The department of Eure has 1,600 members and supporters of Éric Zemmour's party. “In the 4th constituency, we have 220 members and 70 supporters,” specifies Laurent Godin.
