For Christmas 2024, the Alain Ducasse Chocolate Manufacture is offering you plenty of chocolate surprises on the Nutcracker theme. For the first time, we also discover a Christmas log which brings together the know-how of the factory, the ice cream parlor and the biscuit factory of the famous starred chef.

It’s an enchanted time that awaits us every year at the end of the year. Between the Christmas Eve and of New Yearwe take the opportunity to experience magical events, go in search of gifts to slip under the tree and meet up with loved ones at festive banquets. And among the stars of the holidays, we obviously find the traditional Yule log which ends convivial meals synonymous with reunions and precious moments.

And be careful, for those with a sweet tooth, the Yule log this is a serious matter. Right in the heart of bakeries, pastry shops and even hotels, talented pastry chefs strive to create, year after year, gourmet creations intended to garnish our holiday tables and contribute to these precious moments between loved ones. It remains to be seen which logs will please the guests for this Noël 2024.

For these end of year celebrations, Alain Ducasse revealed through its Chocolate Factoryits biscuit factory and its ice cream parlor various delicacies which take us into the world of The Nutcracker. We then find several creations that can decorate festive banquets and transport sweet tooths into an enchanted tale before being able to taste them. The know-how of the three manufacturers is also brought together for the first time in a frosted Christmas log!

Imagined by Marcelo Mabilia the ice cream chefthis Yule log gourmande has what it takes to bring generations together through a combo of sweet, comforting flavors with the scent of childhood. Under a thin crunchy layer of dark chocolate, we find a crunchy hazelnut and hazelnut praline ice cream duo at the heart of which is a three-vanilla ice cream. Enough to combine freshness and deliciousness to close the most copious festive banquets.
