As his term soon comes to an end, Eve Gilles, Miss France 2024was present this Wednesday November 13 at the racecourse de Mauquenchy (Seine-Maritime).

For the occasion, Miss France was offered a ride in following car during the Jacques Brion Prize.

“I am a regular at racetracks. When I was younger, I spent long periods of time there with my papaI also followed the courses to the television. This is the first time that I came to Mauquenchy and I received a very warm welcome,” confides the young woman.

Before being elected Miss, Eve Gilles practicedhorse ridingwhich she had to put on hold for the duration of her mandate.

Originally from Nord-Pas-de-CalaisMiss France 2024 is no stranger to Normandie.

For years, we spent long weekends with my parents in different places in the Normandy region.

In a few weeks, Eve Gilles will pass the baton to another young woman.

“An intense and enriching year”

Becoming Miss France is an experience out of the ordinary which marks the life of a woman.

“It was a very intense et enriching. I went from shadow in light. Being Miss France means learning to know yourself and others. I met lots of people and had the chance to participate in several events,” notes Eve Gilles.

“I've had some great moments and it's not over yet. It is too early to take stock. I keep in mind my return to Nord-Pas-de-Calais andReunion Islandthe launch of Olympic Games where I carried the flameor when I kicked off the foil final in games team Paralympics. I participated in lots ofexceptional events that I cannot classify,” remembers the young woman, with a smile on her lips.

As for the future, Miss France 2024 is full of projects everyone too ambitious each other.

“I would like to participate in Miss Universe international competition. I would also like to upgrade my studies for my diploma. For the rest, I let myself be carried away by the projects.”

The most beautiful woman in France ended her visit to the racecourse, which was very busy that day, with a signing session.
