Le Point Fort Environnement is once again joining forces with the national operation “Let Your Heart Speak”, which gives second life to old toysby organizing a big collection on its territory.

Twelve collection points

From November 18 to 30, 2024twelve collection points will be made available to residents so that they can drop off all their unused toys, with a view to their re-use or in the absence of their recycling.

This operation, which has become an annual event, allows young and old alike to make a gesture of solidarity and good for the environment, on the occasion of European Waste Reduction Week.

Let them be electric, electronic, wooden, construction, company, in fabric…, all unused games are affected by this collection, “without forgetting disguises, puzzles, dolls…”

THE collection points are located in the our trash cans of the Point Fort Environnement network. “A twelfth point is available at the Saint-Lô media library. »

Special Christmas sale

All donations will be entrusted to Tri-Tout Solidaire, to then be sorted, tested, cleaned and refurbished in order to be resold at solidarity prices, as the end-of-year holidays approach. The special Christmas sale will take place at the Tri-Tout Solidaire d'Agneaux store starting Monday, December 9.

Previous operations of this collection in France “made it possible to collect more than 18,650 baskets, the equivalent of 292 tonnes of games and toys”. This action is launched on the national territory by the eco-organizations Écosystem and Écomaison.
