Known for both her curatorial skills and social activism, Jyoty embarked on a world tour a few weeks ago. Friday November 15, she will be in for a unique date, at Trabendo.

Jyoty: the power of determination

Born in Amsterdam and of Indian origin, it was in London that the artist Joyty fully blossoms. This city, which reflects its multiculturalism, offered her the opportunity to climb the ladder little by little, until she became a true international electronic ambassador.

Thanks to a strong and determined personality, she went from doorman to radio presenter on Rinse FM, then hostess of Boiler Room evenings in the English capital. Experiences that allowed him to develop a real talent for unearthing gems!

Today, Jyoty puts that talent to good use on stages around the world, from Glastonbury Festival to EDC Vegas to Paradiso in Amsterdam. But she is also a committed artist, who notably supports Asian women in their musical journeys.

And as if that wasn't already enough, the DJ leaves her mark in the fashion world, collaborating with brands such as Burberry, Jacquemus and Prada, and representing electronic music in the pages of Vogue.

A unique concert in Paris

For the past few weeks, Jyoty has embarked on a world tour entitled “We've Been Here Before”. The month of November is dedicated to Europe, a continent where she has not been seen headlining for almost two years.

She will make a unique visit to on this occasion, with a concert scheduled for November 15. The festivities will take place at Trabendothe legendary Parisian hall renowned for its proximity to artists and its ear-shaped architecture. The spot will transform into a club for one night, from midnight to 6 a.m.

Jyoty will bring his sulphurous energy and his selection between hip hop, baile funk, UK garage and drum'n'bass. She will mix alongside several guest artists, who will be discovered the same day!
