after gastronomy this Sunday, time for the Donkey Fair on Monday

For several hundred years, the Donkey Fair has been the emblematic event of Bas-en-Basset.

Monday, November 11, visitors will be able to give in to temptation again and wander among several kilometers of stalls largely filled with a variety of products: agricultural equipment, household linen, clothing, bazaar, tools, culinary products, decoration, various objects…

Organized in parallel, and also as an introduction, the gastronomic fair began this Sunday. On site, you can find 46 exhibitors from all over .

Led by Brigitte Navogne (elected association delegate) and around ten members of the municipal council, the event is intended to be the ideal place to think (already) about your end-of-year holiday meals.

At the gymnasium, in the aisles designed by the stands, you can find something to make your taste buds dance: local honey, jams, cheeses, cold meats, foie gras, lentils, snails, meats, sweet pleasures (fruit jellies, cakes, brioches , chestnut cream), wines from different grape varieties, spirits or even infusions and even local soaps.

The Gastronomic Fair continues this Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in parallel with the Donkey Fair.
