New Polisario terrorist attack near a gathering in El Mahbes, no damage reported

The Polisario resumes its terrorist attacks. Separatist militias targeted the commune of Al-Mahbes with projectile fire during the national Green March festival which takes place from November 9 to 11.

DThe explosions were heard hundreds of meters from a gathering causing panic among festival-goers who quickly regained their serenity. Once calm was restored, they began chanting patriotic slogans, videos taken at the scene show.

According to consistent sources, this attack caused no material or human damage.

The Polisario has already committed similar attacks. On October 28, 2023, the front targeted the town of Smara with projectiles, leaving one dead and three injured, according to the official report.

By this act, the separatist front once again demonstrates its refusal to respect the ceasefire called for by the United Nations. Unable to approach the defense wall, the front engaged in acts of a terrorist nature without success.

This new attack comes a few days after the adoption of Security Council resolution 2576 on the Sahara, which Morocco welcomed. A text favorable to the Kingdom that Algeria refused to vote for.
