Two road accidents in one evening in Lot-et-Garonne, a young person in serious condition

The evening of Friday November 8, 2024 was marked, in Lot-et-Garonne, by the sequence of two accidents of the road, similar, in the space ofhalf an hour. Indeed, a first collision between a light vehicle and a two-wheeler took place, in Villeneuve-sur-Lot, a few minutes after 6 p.m. Then another, similaroccurred in Lavergne, just before 6:30 p.m.

First frontal impact in Villeneuve-sur-Lot

The premier accident took place in the town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, rue Henry-Le-Chatelier, and involved a light vehicle and a two-wheeler in a choc frontal.

After the intervention of six firefighters and SMUR de Villeneuve, the young driver of the two-wheeler, aged 16 answas taken care of, then transported to the Villeneuvois Health Center.

A 21-year-old driver in serious condition

A little later, a collision of same nature took place on departmental road 227, this time in Lavergne.

The driver of the two-wheeler, a man aged 21 answas taken care of by the Miramont firefighters and the Marmande SMUR.

In a serious conditionhe was transported to Marmande hospital. Here again, six firefighters and two emergency vehicles were deployed.
