The best natural white pudding in Indre-et-Loire comes from Chambray-lès-Tours. Thursday, November 7, 2024, the annual competition for the best white pudding was held at the Interaba establishments in Monts, organized by the federation of charcutiers-caterers.
Vincent Fessard, charcutier in Chambray-lès-Tours, won the natural white pudding and creative white pudding categories. The parsley white pudding category was won by Fabrice Brossard, at La Riche.
“Respect the raw material”
