This weekend, there are numerous traffic interruptions for works. RER C, D and E are affected, as well as lines J, K, NP and R. No TGV also between Paris and Lyon.
You will have to be patient this weekend in transport in Île-de-France: traffic interruptions for work are numerous.
The RER C will be completely closed this Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November between Massy Palaiseau and Versailles Chantiers, as well as between Massy Palaiseau and Pont de Rungis. On the RER D and E, traffic interruptions are planned in the evening on different sections.
On the Transilien side, traffic is interrupted on the entire J line, Saturday and Sunday. Only a partial recovery is planned for Monday, except for a portion.
4:30 a.m. for a Paris-Lyon until Wednesday
Line K will be closed between Mitry-Claye and Gare du Nord stations, from Saturday to Monday inclusive. Traffic will also be interrupted between Versailles Chantiers and Gare Montparnasse all weekend. Evening closures are planned on lines P and R. For most of these cases, replacement buses are put in place.
No trains run between Paris and Lyon until Wednesday November 13 at 4 a.m. Travel is always possible via another route. It will then take 4.5 hours and no longer 2 hours to complete the trip.
Please note that several metro stations will be closed on Monday, November 11, for the commemoration ceremony: Boissière, Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau, Charles de Gaulle – Etoile, Franklin D. Roosevelt, George V and Kléber. Connections will also be impossible there.
