It is a demand which has been strong, since the end of the discipline – for lack of students – in Tonneins (Lot-et-Garonne). Mikaël Aslanian is regularly asked to host des stages de krav maga. “Since September, I have only had karate lessons, many people wanted to discover or practice krav maga” explains the athlete.

He therefore maintained specific training courses. The next one will take place on November 10, 2024. It will be new and original.

An unusual collaboration

Indeed, it will be co-hosted by Cindy Dumon, from La Petite danse schooldance and fitness instructor. several of his students will be present.

A collaboration desired by dancers “who want to learn to defend themselves against the increase in insecurity” explains Mikaël Aslanian.

The course will be divided into two parts. The one purely on self defense“with a bare hand or in the face of a bladed weapon then stress management”.

“The dance teacher will end the session with breathing, calming down and stretching

The course, mixed, is accessible to everyone, regardless of level and physical condition.
