Temporary work can only constitute a one-off solution and must be motivated by necessities linked to the continuity of public service. »

The municipal council authorized the mayor to sign a provision contract with a temporary employment company to carry out the following functions: housekeeping of municipal buildings from October 14, 2024 to November 14, 2024.

This contract can be renewed until February 14, 2025, or four months. “It’s to cover an absence, not to create a new position,” concludes Alain Lange.
