Be careful if you have Kayola brand yogurts in your refrigerator. A batch of sheep's milk yogurts has been the subject of a recall throughout France since Wednesday, November 6, 2024 due to the presence of glass debris. The desserts were sold in Fresh and Grand Frais stores throughout France, in 375 points of sale, reports The Independent .
The product concerned is a set of two “smooth” sheep’s milk and chestnut yogurts. The yogurts are packaged in 125 g glasses and sold in pairs. Only one batch, whose barcode number is 3701002411678, is affected. The expiration date (DLC) is set for November 7, 2024, specifies the official Rappel Conso website.
Refund or exchange possible
These yogurts have been on the market since October 11, almost a month. It is therefore advisable to check your stocks carefully to avoid any consumption. If ingested, the glass debris potentially present in the glasses can cause “risk of injury and adverse effects”specifies Rappel Conso.
Consumers are therefore invited not to consume these yogurts. They can destroy them themselves or return them to the store. Grand Frais and Fresh have provided a refund or exchange procedure, at the customer's discretion. The recall will end on November 20.
