More elections in five communes of the Somme. After the European elections and the legislative elections in June and July, some municipalities are preparing to organize partial municipal elections. The five municipalities are in different situations, in places there are only a few seats to be filled, elsewhere the entire municipal council is to be elected.
This is the case of Bray-sur-Somme. Residents are called to vote on Sunday, December 8 to renew the entire municipal council, i.e. 15 elected officials. So it's like a usual election, the candidates must form a complete list. The vote follows the death of the mayor a few weeks ago, when the municipal council was already missing members.
In Fresnes-Tilloloy, Nampty and Rubempré, there is only a question of electing a few members to the municipal council. Respectively, two, one and four seats. As these municipalities have less than 1000 inhabitants, no entire lists to be elected, only individual candidates. Residents are called to the polls on Sunday, December 1.
Finally in Frohen-sur-Authie, same situation, four seats are to be filled, with individual candidates. The only difference is that the election will take place on Sunday December 8.
