Should we be concerned about an increase in the number of undeclared weapons in North Franche-Comté?

A new step has been taken in the regulations around carrying weapons : the prefecture of the Territoire de Belfort invites weapon holders under the hunting or sports shooting to declare themselves until December 31 on a online platform of the Ministry of the Interior.
