Nathalie Biguet, consultant within Foncia Plantes, sold a “very beautiful 2-room apartment of 47 m² in a freestone building, in rue Liancourt, renovated by an architect, for 500,000 euros”.
Further south, prices are between 8,000 and 9,500 euros per m². Or even less when moving closer to the ring road or moving away from the metros. “In Alésia, Mouton-Duvernet, we are right in this range, observes Fabien Cornette, advisor at Alésia Conseil Immo, but towards the Maréchaux, it goes down to 7,500 euros per m². »
