Part of the “president's team” as a territorial advisor within the ecology, agriculture, energy, transport, housing division, Jean-Marie Caillaud graduated from the Higher Institute of Communication and Advertising (ISCOM) in 1996 He will be director of communications for the Alpes-Maritimes general council until 2000.
Numerous missions in governments and the Ministry of the Interior

First male prefect of Oise since Louis Le Franc
Director general of services of the Seine-Maritime departmental council before becoming part of the “president's team”, Jean-Marie Caillaud's first prefectural experience lasted more than two years: it dates back between 2012 and 2014 when he was chief of staff of the prefect of the Limousin region.
The new prefect of Oise therefore succeeds Catherine Séguin, arriving in January 2023 in the department and who was named prefect of Isère during this same council of ministers. Oise therefore finds a man as prefect, the last being Louis Le Franc until August 2020. Corinne Orzechowski arrived next.
