This morning, the Moselle Open hosted a conference on energy on the sidelines of the tennis court. Stakeholders from energy, industry and research met to discuss the issues around decarbonization and hydrogen.
The 2030 horizon is fast approaching and so are its objectives. The industry is already counting on this new energy, notably ArcelorMittal in Florange. Oil and gas multinationals are seeing their resources dwindling and are exploring other avenues, white hydrogen is one of them.
A renewable energy which seems to be establishing itself as the energy of tomorrow. The projects are being prepared, the French Energy is developing a large-scale extraction project in the east of the department and on the other hand the group GazelleEnergy continues the installation of its hydrogen production unit: Emil'hy.
