An organic farm reveals its secrets to preserving living soils

Living for twenty-six years in this corner of the department, this couple, passionate about organic farming, transformed their farm into a place where respect for the environment and preservation of biodiversity are essential.

During the visit, participants were able to discover natural agricultural techniques, including growing on lasagna layers, thus reducing waste while minimizing mechanical interventions.

Local practices for sustainable biodiversity

As part of a sustainability approach, this farm in Lot-et-Garonne adopts agricultural methods aimed at enriching the soil and encouraging biodiversity. The owners grow perpetual vegetables there, varieties of plants that regenerate from year to year, ensuring long-lasting production without constant replanting.
