You have an appointment until the evening of November 17, 2024 to vote online to elect the Haute-Garonne Regional 1 player. The winner will be rewarded during a major departmental Rugby evening which will be held on November 28.
Organized in partnership with Committee 31, the “Amateur Rugby Trophies” return for a new edition in the department.
For the Regional 1 player, four players were nominated by the jury. Now it's up to you to vote (at the bottom of the page)!
Kevin Armand (44 years old, 3rd row, VAL XV)
DDM – CD31
He is 44 years old and has the passion of a junior. Rugby, this Air France executive dedicated 37 years of his existence to it. First in the Paris region at Palaiseau, Antony (Fédérale 2), Athis-Mons, at the Stade français, Massy where he twice experienced the joy of the regional title in Ile de France. Going down to the South, he wore the jersey of Lézat, Montesquieu-Volvestre then Val XV (Occitanie Regional 1 reserve champion in 2023). Before generous and duty, he has the distinction of having played with his father, Gilles for eight seasons and currently, he plays with his son, Kylian for the great happiness of the VAL XV.
Guillaume Todesco (2nd line, Toulouse Lalande-Aucamville)

In everyday life, he is a construction worker. The TLA 2nd row discovered rugby at school through a friend who invited him to end his young career in the world of football at the age of 18. Passed by Castanet, he had the privilege of playing in Fédérale 1, then at Balma in Fédérale 2. At the moment, he is having fun at Toulouse Lalande-Aucamville, a club which plays the leading roles in pool 2. For this current season, Guillaume and his teammates have one objective, that of reaching the Federal 3.
Frédéric Sabinotto (37 years old, three-quarter center, US Montréjeau GP)
DDM – CD31
Manager in geophysics, Frédéric has a passion for sport deep in his heart. From a very young age until adolescence, he played football successfully before being captivated by the oval ball where he successively wore the jerseys of Saint-Gaudens, the Tarbais hopes and Lannemezan. Under the CAL tunic, he experienced the joy of the French Federal 2 B champion title in 2017 against Châteaurenard. This year, in the second regional level of the League, Frédéric is having fun with his teammates from US Montréjeau Gourdan-Polignan. A challenging player, he dreams of a title in Occitania which is currently missing from his record.
Pierre Chinette-Pailhe (26 years old, 3rd row, US Verfeil)
DDM – CD31
His uncle, Patrick Chinette played under the colors of SU Agen and had as teammates the glorious Francesco Zani, Serge Lassoujade, Christian Viviès. His dad successfully wore the Port-Sainte-Marie jersey. And yet, Pierre did not fall into the oval pot small. At a young age, he played football before joining Seilh in juniors then US Verfeil where, during the 2023 season, he won the Challenge d'Occitanie Honor against Mauguio. A craftsman mason, Pierre advocates rigor. This year, he wants to keep US Verfeil at the highest level of the regional elite, which missed its start in the championship.
