Faced with the complexity of administrative procedures and the digital divide which affects a significant part of the population, Maison France Services aims to facilitate access to common rights. This project is part of a national dynamic aimed at reducing non-recourse to rights for the most vulnerable people, often faced with difficulties in accessing online services or understanding administrative documents.
PRESENTATION OF MAISON FRANCE SERVICES
Project History
March 2024: Application by Espace Jacques Percereau to obtain the Maison France Services label
July 2024: Obtaining the label and validation of the project
Labeling criteria
The Jacques Percereau space has complied with the 70 criteria necessary to obtain the Maison France Services label, including the presence of at least two agents trained in welcoming the public and available five days a week. A privacy space is also available, equipped for video conferencing and accessible to those needing digital assistance.
Functioning
The Maison France Services (MFS) newly installed at the Espace Jacques Percereau, certified in July 2024, constitutes a major step forward for the residents of Saumur and particularly those of the neighborhood. This space, intended to facilitate access to public services, becomes a central entry point for all daily administrative procedures. Thanks to the MFS, citizens can get immediate answers or be directed to the appropriate service.
Users, particularly those far from administrative procedures, will be able to benefit from personalized support on various subjects: employment, social benefits (RSA, activity bonus), housing, family, retirement, health, and much more.
An innovative project in the heart of the City's Political District
The opening of Maison France Services at Espace Jacques Percereau marks an important step for Saumur, in particular for the priority district in which it is located. This is the first Maison France Services established in a Political District of the Town of the department of Maine-et-Loire.
