A satisfaction survey for an ever more transparent and caring public service – News

Updated on 04/11/2024

The Tarn State Territorial Administration (ATE) is setting up a satisfaction survey for its users from November, accessible online.

Users can access it via https://sgmap.sphinxdeclic.com/surveyserver/s/sp41l9.

The investigation, open continuously, will be the subject of regular reviews.

Deployed as part of the Services Public + approach, the satisfaction survey allows different users to give their opinion on the quality of the welcome and the service provided during their dealings with the administration. This feedback will enable the identification of levers for the development of local public services and the development of an action plan with a view to permanently improving the relationship with the user.

The satisfaction survey complements the actions already undertaken to promote greater efficiency in public services, such as the biannual publication of results (transparency program) and the Qual-e-pref label obtained by the prefecture in December 2023.

The Public Services + program was initiated in 2020 by the State to meet the expectations of the French with regard to the administration (improved processing times, personalized relationship, simplification of procedures, etc.). Its aim is to offer users closer, simpler and more efficient services.

An update of this program was launched in 2023 around eight commitments:

  • In mutual respect, you are welcomed with kindness and have the right to make mistakes
  • You can easily get in touch with your utilities
  • You benefit from support adapted to your personal situation
  • Your request is processed within the announced deadlines
  • You have clear, simple and accessible information
  • You have access to our quality of service results
  • Your opinion is taken into account to improve the service provided
  • With you, we act to limit our impact on the environment

At the start of 2024, the State Territorial Administration (ATE) of Tarn joined this adventure: the Public Services + program is deployed within the services of the Prefecture and sub-prefecture of Tarn, the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT) , the Departmental Directorate of Employment, Labor, Solidarity and Population Protection (DDETSPP) and the Departmental Joint General Secretariat (SGCD).

The Deputy Secretary General of the Tarn Prefecture is in charge of implementing this system, she relies on the SP+ correspondents and referents within the various structures.
