The Moselle Open is in the spotlight this week to conclude the season before the ATP Finals. This Monday, Richard Gasquet will be in the spotlight. After playing his last Rolex Paris Masters, “Ritchie“came to Metz one last time. Never titled in Mosellethe Biterrois will have a hard time getting to the end this week but the objective is above all to produce good Tennis and to have fun. To start, Gasquet will attack the Brazilian Thiago Monteirostruggling for a few weeks. The Frenchman will perhaps have a shot to play and a victory to seek for his 12th Moselle Open.

Herbert seizes his chance, Halys joins him
Four other French people were in the spotlight. Arthur Rinderknech was to enter the running against his compatriot Quentin Halysimpactful in qualifying. Finally, forfeit, Rinderknech was replaced by Théo Papamalamisyet beaten in the first round of qualifying. The four beaten in the first round were all drafted.
