Dramas linked to drug trafficking? Near Valence, a 22-year-old young man from Romans-sur-Isère, shot in the head, died on Saturday November 2. This shooting is believed to be linked to drug trafficking. The same day, a 15-year-old teenager, also seriously injured by a gunshot to the head during a shooting Thursday evening in Poitiers, died.
Bruno Retailleau promised a merciless war on drug trafficking. To fight it, “either there is a general mobilization for this great fight which will take years, and we will win it, or there is the Mexicanization of the country”, warned the Minister of the Interior.
“The observation of Mexicanization, I don’t know,” reacted Jean-Philippe Tanguy, guest of the Grand Jury RTL – Le Figaro – Public Sénat – M6. On the other hand, the RN deputy for the Somme recalled “the observation that Marine Le Pen has been making for a long time”: France “is plagued by ultraviolence” and “our judicial system is incapable of curbing it through ideology, laxity and also through lack of resources.”
According to him, “the roots of evil in France are specific to France” but also “to Europe”, to its “absence of borders, to the absence of control of the Mediterranean, to the absence of penal policy” .
Jean-Philippe Tanguy assured: “Judicial laxity poses a huge problem.” Worse, the “absence of control at our borders is the fundamental problem (…) We cannot ask our law enforcement, customs officers, and justice to be able to control countries without borders.”
Today, the corruption of drug money is undermining a number of foundations of democracy.”

Does the RN MP make a link between drug trafficking and immigration? “Certain numbers of flows and systems can be the vector of drugs,” indicated Jean-Philippe Tanguy. And added: “The Maghreb is a hotbed for a certain number of drug production.”
Recalling that “border control” is not “just immigration”. For the Somme MP, it is also “the control of goods, of flows in general. Europe is today the target of the 'overproduction' of South American drugs, particularly via the Netherlands. who are unwilling or unable to carry out controls. Belgium and the Netherlands are completely corrupted by drug money“.
And to conclude: “Today, the corruption of drug money is undermining a certain number of foundations of democracy.”
