The Racing 92 scrum half took exams on the sidelines of today's session in Marcoussis.
Just one week before its first test match of the fall tour, against Japan at the Stade de France (November 9, 9:10 p.m.), the French XV trained this Saturday in Marcoussis. A collective session in which Nolann Le Garrec did not participate, who took “a shock” Friday during training, reported Saturday Nicolas Jeanjean, performance director of the Blues, during a press conference. “We almost made him train”, “but we preferred not to take any risks and see the state of the bruise”he explained.
Number 2 in the hierarchy behind captain Antoine Dupont, the Racing 92 scrum half therefore took exams this Saturday, the staff of the XV of France announced.
Garrec is one of the 23 players still in Marcoussis this weekend and therefore exempt from the ninth day of Top 14 in order to better prepare for the international matches in November, starting with Japan next weekend.
