Magic
The Cercle Robert-Houdin du Limousin offers its show What if it was magic? Saturday November 9 at 8:30 p.m. in the Saint-Junien village hall. After the success of the last sold-out shows in Rilhac-Rancon, Limoges, Veyrac, the magicians of the Cercle Robert-Houdin du Limousin return on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the association with this new show bringing together around fifteen artists on stage and in the room. Cabaret
Janailhac Amitiés is organizing a cabaret afternoon on Sunday November 10 at 3 p.m. at the André-Garnier village hall in Janailhac, with the Limougeau troupe Swing Mélodies (French and international songs enhanced with fanciful and humorous choreography). Duration two hours. At intermission, cakes and hot or cold drinks. The entrance price is €10 for adults and €5 for children aged 6 to 12. Jazz
The Limoges Hot Club organizes the concert Made in trompettes by Michel Bonnet and his quartet, Monday November 4 at 8 p.m. at the Jean-Gagnant cultural center in Limoges. On the menu, covers of big names in the trumpet, such as Louis Armstrong, Roy Eldridge, Cootie Williams, Ray Nance, Charlie Shavers… Admission: €30. Reservations at 05.55.34.37.40.
Terroir
Sunday November 3 will take place the 43rd chestnut, cider and craft festival of Saint-Priest-sous-Aixe. On the program, of course, chestnuts, cider, but also a large garage sale and the presence of craftsmen in all the streets of the city center. This year, the Vivre à Saint-Priest-sous-Aixe association team innovated by offering a few small new features, such as the presence of a folk group and some musical entertainment throughout the day. At 3:30 p.m., participants in this party will also be able to enjoy a concert (free and without reservation), at the church of Saint-Priest-sous-Aixe, with the talented Amaëlle Savary. Saturday November 2 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Page et Plume bookstore, place de la Motte in Limoges, will welcome Odile Rebeyrat who will sign her book Shepherd's Hour published by Moissons Noires. The latter relates a long legal story with multiple twists and turns following the murder of a little girl (320 pages, €7.90).
