In Spain, the death toll continues to rise. This Friday, November 1, Spain has counted at least 205 deaths following floods in the Valencia region.
In Haute-Vienne, the mobilization began at the town hall of Panazol, a town twinned with Picanya. The Spanish town, twinned with Panazol, was seriously affected by the passage on Tuesday evening. For its part, Secours Populaire launched an appeal for donations.
