Regional 2 (pool 5). Our Gers clubs in difficulty

Masseube – Hers Lauragais:

Here are two graduates facing each other. Antepenultimate in the group, Masseube XV alternates between good and less good. Dominated (20-5) in Eauze last week, the Massylvains have only two victories after five days of championship. This Sunday, November 3 (at 3 p.m.), the Gersois welcome a great team from Hers Lauragais who are currently in fourth position, after having seen their match against Labarthe-sur-Lèze postponed. The Calmont team, which seems to adapt better to this division than our dear Massylvains, is armed to come and achieve a result in Masseube, notably with a solid forward pack and a striker of formidable efficiency. Unlucky against the poles in Eauze, Fabien Salles will most likely have adjusted his sights for the arrival of the Haut-Garonnais. Manager Benoît Bornacin is counting on his men to achieve further success at home before traveling to Montréal-du-Gers on November 17.

Eauze – Montreal of the Gers:

By beating Masseube the previous day, Eauze ended a series of three defeats in a row. The Éluzates climbed to seventh place, tied on points (10 pts), however, with Masseube. Sunday afternoon, the USE will be favorites for the reception of the courageous, but too messy, team from Montréal-du-Gers. With zero points on the clock, the US Montrealer cannot find the key to exit the tunnel. The USM remains with a heavy defeat at home against the leader Montréjeau. But perhaps the Montrealers will sign a big surprise at the USE? Response Sunday afternoon.

Val XV – Coeur de Lomagne:

Another Gers training to follow, the RCL of Saint-Clar. Three times winners in its last four meetings, Val However, the Saint-Clar team, with only one point in the standings (1 defensive bonus), will not leave with the favors of the forecasts when it comes time to attack the Pyrenees to challenge the Ariège bear in its lair . The RCL knows that it will have to give everything in the battle, from the start, to hope to bring back a little something from this trip. The Gersois, with 34.4 points conceded per match, will therefore have their work cut out for them against a Val XV team which scores an average of 26 per match.

The other two meetings of the group:

Montréjeau – Carbonne and Auterive – Labarthe-sur-Lèze
