the essential
The Maison des Services, one of the first in Tarn, now Espace France Services, offers more and more services to the population of the region and even beyond.
The France Services steering committee recently met on the occasion of national open days. Many partners responded to the invitation: Caf, France Travail Castres, CARSAT, Greta, the Department of Tarn, temporary employment agencies (CRIT, OXYGENE, FT Intérim), ADIL, CMA Tarn, CFM Radio. Also present was Annabelle Ravni, sub-prefect of Tarn, responsible for relations with users, accompanied by Thomas Alby, coordinator of the France Services network. The local team, Nadine Marcato and Natalie Roubeau-Bascoul (FS advisors), Lisa Portes (deputy director of social at the CCHL) and Isabelle Calvet (vice-president in charge of social services), representing Daniel Vidal, president of the CCHL , proudly presented the missions of this intercommunal service. As a reminder, the Espaces France Services' mission is to support users on a daily basis in their administrative procedures, in conjunction with 11 national partners and to provide a response adapted to each life situation in a single place.
Two highlights of the year: the employment forum and the quality audit which made it possible to renew the approval by the Tarn Prefecture. In our territory, France service welcomes nearly 2,000 users per year, 11 to 25 per day on average. In addition, our France Service offers free health check-ups and mammograms, confidential video conference spaces and individual and collective digital workshops and even family mediations with Tarn Espoir, without forgetting the hotlines with ADIL lawyers (housing ), and the CIDFF (Family).
The entire team was widely congratulated for the excellent work provided and the partners present thanked. In short, this France services space is truly essential to our territory!
