State of natural disaster for a phenomenon of differential land movements resulting from drought and soil rehydration.

The decree of September 24, 2024 published in the official journal of October 19, 2024 recognizes the state of natural disaster for 10 municipalities, under natural disaster for a phenomenon of differential land movements resulting from drought and soil rehydration.

These are the following 10 municipalities:

Alès for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Bagnols-sur-Cèze for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Cardet for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Flows for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Lédignan for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Méjannes-lès-Alès for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Orsan for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Saint-Privat-des-Vieux for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Sardan for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Vic-le-Fesq for the period from 04/01/2023 to 06/30/2023

Affected persons have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of publication of this decree in the Official Journal to make their declaration to their insurance company(ies).
