audiences: 3 well ahead with “Lephantom of the ”, “Star Ac” in decline

The day after the party was a bit complicated for the “Star Academy”. After swaying his hips while singing “She’s crazy like a fool” and saying goodbye to Maylis, Nikos Aliagas received falling audiences this morning from Médiamétrie. 2.87 million fans watched the rest of the new season of La Une telecrochet on average until 10:30 p.m. With 16.3% market share (PDA) for the entire public aged 4 and over and 31.2% for women responsible for purchases under 50 (FRDA-50). This last indicator is essential for the channel’s advertising revenue, since “housewives” are the strategic target favored by advertisers.

The show lost 350,000 followers compared to last week’s launch but remained stable in market share, which proves that there were simply fewer people watching television yesterday than seven days previously. There were still 2.4 million on average until midnight for the rest of the program with the return to the castle of Dammarie-les-Lys (21.2%).

It was 3 which came out on top with “The Phantom of the ”. This new French detective film carried by Anne Décis, Denis Maréchal and Audrey Postel intrigued 4.16 million people, or 23.9% of the public but only 8.7% of the FRDA-50, which proves that fiction has been watched by a rather older audience. France 2 completes the podium with the masters of “Don’t forget the lyrics” which made 1.67 million music lovers want to sing with Nagui, or 10.4% of the public (8.8% of FRDA-50) .

Big disappointment for the epilogue of the 19th edition of “Pekin Express” which finished below the million viewers mark, with 917,000 faithful watching the entire finale, or 6% of the public (and 11% FRDA-50). At the very beginning of the evening, M 6 was beaten by the rebroadcast of a number of “Échappées belles” in Scotland which attracted 1.23 million curious people (7% of the public). Behind, only TMC (4%) and Arte (also 4%) exceed the 500,000 viewers mark.
