As part of the Coeur Outre-Mer operation, France 3 will broadcast this Saturday, a new TV film directed by Marc Barrat and shot in Guadeloupe.
Filmed from May 29 to June 23, 2023 in Les Saintes, this TV film takes place in this heavenly archipelago where the body of Caroline Boissaux, owner of the Hôtel Tourment d’Amour, is found at the bottom of a cliff.
Like the legend of Caroline: a Saintoise in love with the Chevalier de Fréminville who, out of spite in love, threw herself off the same cliff 200 years earlier.
The investigation of Captain Gaëlle Boissaux, originally from Terre-de-Haut, takes a personal turn when her childhood sweetheart, Ludovic Augustin, originally from Terre-de-Bas, is sent to the island to support her.
And the investigators are not at the end of their surprises: in addition to a romantic investigation that resonates with their past history, they must apprehend a ghost who is terrorizing the population! Some say it is Caroline’s ghost…
