BMX Race – 5th round of the 2024 Normandy Cup

On Sunday October 13, 2024, the CO Bolbec Nointot BMX hosted the BMX Normand for the 5^th round of the Normandy BMX Race Cup.

311 pilots signed up for this day.

It was with good weather that the competitions were able to start at 9am in the morning.

This was possible thanks to the efforts of a large number of volunteers who restored the track after the damage caused by the heavy rains of the days preceding this competition Sunday.

Thanks to them.

The series took place according to the usual timing, starting in the morning with the Cruisers and the smallest, to finish in the afternoon with the elite Normandy BMX Race.

We will also remember that at the start of the meal break, around fifteen very young “riders” came to try to defend a place on the handlebars of their balance bike.

Well done to all these little ones, we hope to see them again in a while on BMX bikes.

In fact, the DN pilots were present for signings and to make young people dream.

Among them, Antoine TERNON, Winner of the World Challenge and winner of 3 European Cups in 2024 in his category, and also Louise POTTIER from the DN de Chabeuil Valence, Vice-Champion of France in U19 and Time Trial, Winner of a European Cup in 2024, Vice-World Champion and French Cruiser Champion in 2022 before, we hope, a return to defend the colors of Normandy.

Also present were: Adrien BAMBA, Alexis TUFFERY, Hugo SENECAL and Raphaël MARIE; members of the DN of Bolbec.
