Firefighters from the Saint-Nazaire sector (Loire-Atlantique) spent part of their night in the Loire. For more than two hours, this Wednesday, October 16, they tried to find a body in the river.
Sixteen firefighters engaged
A few minutes earlier, shortly after 3 a.m., this person was seen by a witness at the top of the Saint-Nazaire bridge. The firefighters hired six engines, sixteen men including a nautical team and a drone pilot. No bodies could be located at this stage. The police were also on site.
