Materials trading agency manager – Corrèze – M/F – CDI 39H

Slate Clubindependent trading company, specializing in structural and roofing products, is looking for a site manager for their agency in St Pantaléon de l’Arche in Corrèze (bordering Dordogne)
Autonomous, rigorous and motivated, you will be responsible for managing the agency in conjunction with management. Three years experience is required.
Knowledge of building and/or materials trading desired.
You will have tools at your disposal: telephone, company car, computer.
Your missions:

• Administrative monitoring. (quote, delivery note, report to the parent company, etc.)
• Management of a team of two people. (annual interviews, planning, etc.)
• Materials management. (stock, maintenance, etc.)
• Communication management. (social networks, event…)
• Business development. (prospecting, loyalty, etc.)

Versatile technical agent – Saint Astier – M/F – CDI 35H

Within a 3*** campsite with 120 pitches, located on the banks of the river in the serene setting of Saint-Astier, a versatile technical agent is sought.
You will work independently on the maintenance of buildings/rentals/collective spaces/green spaces (mowing, hedge trimming, etc.), swimming pool. You are comfortable with DIY, manual work, and demonstrate autonomy in your work. The campsite is open all year round.
Your main missions are the general maintenance of a campsite and its technical maintenance.
Work during the day and on weekends, hours vary depending on the season, face-to-face work
Your tasks are diverse:

• maintenance of spaces towards: mowing pruning and pruning
• daily DIY plumbing and electricity
• maintenance of the aquatic area
• rental maintenance and repairs
• maintenance of facilities and buildings
