Our restaurants of Nord and Pas-de-Calais received belles distinctions of Gault & Millau this Monday, October 14, 2024. A ceremony was organized at Le Touquet where the 2025 edition of the famous guide dedicated to Hauts-de-France and the regional trophies were unveiled.
The 11 restaurants distinguished by Gault & Millau in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais
The eleven trophy winners are as follows:
- Benjamin Delpierre from La Liégeoise to Wimereux (3 touches): Gault & Millau d’or,
- Camille Delcroix from Bacôve to Saint-Omer (2 hats): Grand de Demain trophy,
- Clemence TaillandierPulp Lille (1 hat): Young Talent trophy,
- Sébastien Renard from Maison Renard to Béthune (2 hats): Terroir d’Exception trophy,
- Olivier Lannoy from Châtillon to Boulogne-sur-Mer : Cuisine of the Sea, Lakes and Rivers trophy,
- Michel Hazebroucq from Soubise to Coudekerque-Branche (2 hats): Today’s Tradition trophy,
- Ludovic Soufflet from Beaulieu Castle to Business (3 hats): trophy in the pastry chef category,
- Émilion Buisset of Seasons – Cellar à Manger in The Madeleine : trophy in the sommelier category,
- Karine and Thibaut Fourdrinier from the Dining Room to Marcq-en-Barœul : trophy in the Home category,
- Linda Gambart of Raoul’s Margats to Audinghen (1 hat), in the Young Indoor Talent category,
- Mickaël Braure from Rillons to Templeuve-en-Pévèle (2 hats) in the Prairie and Pasture cuisine category.
