The Circle of Public Administrators (CAP) was officially created this Saturday, October 12, 2024. This new association brings together the presidents of boards of directors, supervisory boards and guidance boards, with the aim of supporting public authorities in the modernization of Senegalese public administration.
The CAP is also a framework for reflection, exchange, stimulation of ideas and mobilization of energies necessary for the conduct of public policies with the specific objectives of:
– Promote the capacity building of its members;
– Share rules and good practices in the governance of public establishments;
– Popularize government public policies to provide the right information to populations and contribute to their appropriation by all stakeholders;
– Constitute a source of proposals and initiative for public authorities;
– Support modernization and good governance in public establishments.
