OHADA Conference on February 20, 2025 in Rabat (Morocco)

We are pleased to inform you that, following calendar adjustments, the International Conference on OHADA, organized by the Henri Capitant Maroc association in partnership with OHADA institutions, will now take place on Thursday February 20, 2025 at the Faculty of Legal and Economic Sciences of Rabat-Agdal.

This large-scale event takes place in a context of high expectations from Moroccan companies as well as legal and financial players in Morocco. The detailed program of the conference was jointly developed by the services of the association and the OHADA institutions, co-organizers of the event, and validated by Professor Azzedine KettaniPresident of the Henri Capitant Maroc association and a prominent figure in the Moroccan legal landscape. The association is currently finalizing the selection of speakers, who will come from Morocco, Africa and France.

The Moroccan government will be closely involved in this event. Among the strategic subjects addressed will be the question of the translation of OHADA texts into Arabic, a crucial issue for several countries in the Sahel, the Maghreb and the Mashreq, as well as for the Union of the Comoros.
