UA disturbance arrives from the Atlantic during the night of Friday October 11 to Saturday October 12, warns Météo France. The associated rains will sweep across the country from west to east.
The North is on yellow alert for floods this Friday and at least until Saturday, particularly the Sambre and Helpe minor and major rivers.
While it is already cool this Friday in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais, temperatures drop further in the evening. We drop below 10°C at night: between 5 and 8°C inland and 7°C on the Opal Coast.
Saturday October 11we start the day under clouds in the Nord and Pas-de-Calais, with temperatures between 5 and 7°C inland and up to 8°C in Lille and on the coast.
We barely pass 10°C in the afternoon: between 11 and 13°C inland and between 12 and 14°C on the coast, which will have sunshine, while the rest of the region remains under the clouds. In the evening, clearings are possible in places, particularly on the coast and in Flanders. The night will be cool, around 10°C.
Sunday October 12very fresh air intrudes from the Channel over a good third of the north. Morning temperatures regularly drop below 10°C. Météo France forecasts between 6 and 8°C inland and around 10°C on the coast. The sky will be cloudy in the morning over the two departments.
The maximums, whose normals are not far from 16°C, then very often peak below 15°C between Cotentin and Alsace, or even 12°C or less, particularly towards Hauts-de-France. The sky remains cloudy in the afternoon and into the evening, while temperatures drop to 9-10°C before dropping to 5 to 8°C overnight from Sunday to Monday.

For next week, a lot of uncertainty remains. On Monday, showers are expected with possible passages in the regions affected by flooding.
Temperatures are likely to cool significantly, often exceeding 12ºC in the morning and 20ºC in the afternoon, in both the north and south of the country.
