The Morbihan gendarmes intervened for a accident involving two bicycles on Wednesday October 9 2024. This is not a first on this road of Saint-Jean-la-Poterietown near Redon.

“We were informed at the beginning of the afternoon of a fall of two bikes. One person is seriously injured. The Allaire gendarmerie has opened an investigation,” indicates News Morbihan an officer of the Vannes Gendarmerie Company. There would be no third party involved in the fall.

Questioned by our colleagues from Ouest-France, an owner is annoyed by the number of falls in front of his garden. ” Again ! I didn’t hear anything, it was the firefighters, alerted by the family of the two cyclists who had fallen in my garden, who came to ring my doorbell. We have already had two cars, including one on the roof, a motorcycle and a bicycle which fell into our garden, from rue de La Butte, located around ten meters higher,” the local resident told our colleagues.

The owner requested the installation of a safety barrier on this accident-prone bend.
