A 44-year-old man was sentenced by the Fontainebleau criminal court (Seine-et-Marne) on Monday October 7. He was found guilty of repeatedly sending pornographic videos to his 16-year-old stepdaughter, reports The Parisian. He also sent her text messages discussing sexual acts.
He evokes “sexual frustration”
During the hearing, the defendant himself admitted “incomprehensible and unforgivable” behavior. He explained that he did this because of “sexual frustration” linked to his relationship with his wife.
The court sentenced him to twelve months in prison and an obligation to provide treatment. His name was entered in the Fijais (automated judicial file for perpetrators of sexual or violent offenses) and he is prohibited from coming into contact with the victim.
