After the assassination of Philippine, a student found dead in the de Boulogne, and the wave of emotion raised by this tragedy, the Council of Paris will observe a minute of silence Wednesday October 9, 2024 in his tribute.

Circumstances which relaunched the debate on the application of the sentence in France.
