For two years, France Services has been helping people who are in need of IT, a tool that has become essential in everyday life. The Billère CCAS provides access, via the France Services platform, to the various administrative services grouped together in the same place.

As pointed out by Arnaud Jacottin, the mayor of Billère, Marilyn Durand director of CCAS and Véronique Mathieu-Lesclaux, solidarity assistant, the “digital divide prevents many elderly and precarious citizens from carrying out administrative procedures”. Thus, at the CCAS of Billère, a dedicated number (05 59 72 22 48) allows appointments to be made quickly to meet agents specializing in IT connection with the 11 national operators (Caf, CPAM, Agency National Secure Securities Authority and others).
There were 929 users in 2023 and, in 2024, there have already been 1,166 applicants.
Friday October 18 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., the CCAS offers breakfast and the creation of a France Connect account (registration required).
