Blain: serious family violence for years

The court followed the requisitions of the prosecution and, at 67 years old, the defendant sees a first conviction register on your criminal record: two years suspended prison sentence probative. He is prohibited from making any contact or going to the complainants’ homes. He will have to pay 3 500 € to his future ex-wife (divorce proceedings are underway), €1,000 to each of the victims and €1,000 in lawyer fees.
