From November 22, the magic of Christmas takes hold in Metz and Moselle. The opportunity to explore the 3rd most beautiful Christmas market in Europe, a glass of Moselle mulled wine in hand, and to taste the inimitable flavor of Christmas cookies, of which Forbach has made its specialty .

We trace the route

In the heart of winter, the Moselle lights up with magical magic through the Moselle Christmas route.

Thanks to sparkling lanterns which transform the towns into a veritable luminous journey, and which take visitors from village to village to discover traditions and enchanted stories, the Moselle Christmas route will establish itself as one of the events highlights of this 13th edition.

The route begins in Marange-Silvange, where the lanterns transform the town into an open-air constellation.

In Forbach, light installations transform the rose garden of Schlossberg Park into an enchanted scene.

Going back towards Hombourg Haut, the old stones of this medieval town light up with a thousand colors. Lanterns, hung along the ramparts and winding streets, tell legends of a distant past, while shadows dance with the light.

In Sarrebourg, a whole world, that of Lulu the elf, will come alive when the lanterns are lit at dusk.

In Sierck-les-Bains, lanterns illuminate Valette Park, at the foot of the castle, attracting families to a magical world, bathed in music and traditions.

Finally, Meisenthal will shine thanks to its light installations, which help to create a dreamlike atmosphere, resolutely timeless!
