Suspended prison sentence for violence against Gard firefighters
The accused was summoned before theNîmes criminal court Wednesday October 2 to respond to the charges against him.
He was recognized guilty and sentenced criminally to 6 months of imprisonment suspended for two years, with duty of care, to work, reimburse the civil parties and pay a fine to the public treasury.
The civil party filings were declared admissible and allowed damages to be obtained.
Immediate procedure in the event of attack on firefighters
