Aliou Cissé unveils his list – La Nouvelle Tribune

The Senegalese Football Federation has revealed the list of 26 players selected for the two matches against Malawi, scheduled for October 11 and 15, 2024as part of the qualifications for CAN 2025 in Morocco. Among those selected, Cheikh Lô NdoyeJaraaf goalkeeper, is in the team. This selection, made by Aliou Cissé before his recent ousting, retains most of the executives, with the exception of Edouard Mendy and Michael Ngor Faye. Note also the return of Boulaye Dia.

• Guardians : Seny Dieng, Mory Diaw, Cheikh Lô Ndoye

• Defenders : Kalidou Koulibaly, Abdou Diallo, Moussa Niakhate, Abdoulaye Seck, Ismail Jakobs, El Hadji Malick Diouf, Seydou Sano, Formose Mendy

• Midfielders : Idrissa Gana Guèye, Lamine Camara, Pathé Ciss, Pape Matar Sarr, Habib Diarra, Pape Gueye, Nampalys Mendy

• Attackers : Sadio Mané, Habib Diallo, Iliman Ndiaye, Ismaila Sarr, Nicolas Jackson, Abdallah Sima, Chérif Ndiaye and Boulaye Dia

Senegal will first face Malawi in Dakar, then in Lilongwe, with the hope of continuing their positive momentum in qualifying.
