Donia Lassoued, municipal councilor Europe Écologie Les Verts (EELV) in Argenteuil (Val-d’Oise), was arrested after insulting police officers during a road check in Paris. The events took place on September 25 in the 17th arrondissement of the capital. The elected official was with her partner who was also arrested, indicates Current Values . Several concordant sources have confirmed the information to BFM Île-de-France .
Summoned to a citizenship course
Donia Lassoued would have been aggressive during the intervention. Arrested for contempt of person holding public authority, she received a citizenship training course as an alternative to prosecution. This course will take place next November.
Asked by the local channel, the municipal councilor had not yet responded this Wednesday evening.
