To celebrate the occasion, the department of Seine-Maritime has, like every year, planned things big by highlighting the famous fish throughout the month of November, with several events planned throughout the department, both to learn more about its history and to taste it.

The festivities will begin near Le Tréport, with its famous Herringade, November 9 and 10. On the menu: a friendly, family atmosphere, with music and dancing, but also, of course, stands to start treating your taste buds. A craft market, always interesting, will also enhance the celebration.
