It had burned during the riots of 2023following the death of Nahel. A new position of municipal policies will see the light of day, in Persan (Val-d’Oise).

Thursday September 26, 2024, the municipal council voted on the proposed off-plan purchase (sale in the future state of completion) of premises located at 7, rue Pierre-Brossolette.

A senior residence

At this address, a real estate developer, Kaufman & Broad, will build a senior residence with 70 housing units. Around ten will be reserved for the Aped L’spérance association. The premises of the future police station will therefore be located on the ground floor. They will be 250 m2and 25 m2 in the basement. Amount of the operation: 687,500 euros excluding tax.

“We hope to be able to lay the first stone of this real estate complex of general interest in 2025,” said the mayor (Dvd), Valentin Ratieuville.

Regarding the place where the old police station was located, at 5, rue Pierre-Brossolette, it will be sold. During the same meeting of the municipal council, the transfer of the 317 m2 land was proposed and voted on.2 to the same promoter, Kaufman & Broad, for an amount of €537,500 excluding tax.

Pass of arms

These two proposals caused a slight clash between Sofiane Seghour (Dvd), opposition municipal councilor, and Valentin Ratieuville.

“We are therefore moving from a detached house to a multi-storey building,” said the advisor, expressing his concern about not knowing the height of the future building.

“It is a residence for our seniors such as was not created by my predecessor, the person you supported, and without any densification of the town,” the mayor replied. The one you supported planned to build a building with 21 housing units next to a house which would have been sandwiched between two buildings. So when people come to give me lessons, I like people to also look at what already exists. »

The project obtained the support of another opposition municipal councilor, Michelle Rinaldelli (Dvg): “I had been calling for this project for several years. I am therefore completely satisfied, if ever our seniors can find housing worthy of the name. »

Both proposals were adopted by majority. Sofiane Segouhr having voted against.
